PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

If payment has already been made, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Earthashastra shall not be liable for delays or inability to deliver products due to circumstances beyond our control.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is dispatched.

If an order is successfully cancelled prior to shipment, refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 48–72 business hours, subject to banking days or delays if any.

Returns are not accepted once the order has been shipped. In cases where a product is received in a damaged condition, customers may contact our support team for evaluation and possible replacement or refund.

PAYMENT METHODS

Earthashastra reserves full discretion over accepted payment methods. Payments must be completed prior to order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at present.
