How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is confirmed, it is processed through our system and prepared for dispatch. Each product undergoes a quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards before being securely packaged.

After the final quality check, the package is handed over to our trusted delivery partners for shipment. Our logistics partners aim to deliver your order at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach your delivery address or attempt delivery at a suitable time, they may contact you directly to coordinate the delivery.

International Shipping:
For international orders, Earthashastra does not collect or bear any customs duties, import taxes, or levies imposed by the destination country. Any such charges must be paid directly by the customer to the courier service or local customs authority to receive the shipment.

Earthashastra ships products across India. We strive to reach customers worldwide through reliable courier and logistics partners.

 


 

How can I track my order after it has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and the name of the courier service handling your shipment. We work only with reliable courier companies and postal services to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking details generally become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch. You can monitor the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided.

Please note that Earthashastra is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, postal services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

What is the estimated delivery timeline?

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 4–6 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • After dispatch:

    • Domestic deliveries: approximately 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. Delays may also occur during high-demand periods or exceptional situations.

 


 

Are shipping charges applicable?

Shipping charges depend on the order value and delivery location.

Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping charge of ₹150

Damaged Shipment, Replacement Policy

Your order will be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • In the event of products received in damaged condition due to transit

  • In the event of a Wrong Item received at your end. 

  • Customers are requested to connect with us and upload pictures of the Consignment within 24 hours on hello@earthashastra.in

  • Based on internal reviews and confirmation, a replacement or refund request may be approved.
