Cancellation, Return, Refund Policy

• Shipments once dispatched will not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. 

• Cancellation requests must be raised prior to shipment dispatch. We advise customers to review order details before placing an order.

• Incase of successful cancellation of the order, the refund will be initiated within 48–72 business hours. 

• The credited amount may take an additional 2–3 working days to appear in the bank account, depending on the bank or payment service provider.

• At present, returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped.
